You will learn how to properly assess a patient and how to deal with significant issues such as venous and arterial bleeding, compromised airway, head, chest, and spinal injuries, broken bones, burns, heart attacks, seizures, strokes, and more. Finally, students will learn how to build their own First Aid/Trauma Kit.
During this training, you’ll do more than simply sit in a classroom learning about these topics. Your USCCA instructor will work you through a dozen real-world scenarios using simulated patients and the actual products (or field expedients) that you’ll need to understand if you hope to save a life.

Traumatic emergencies (e.g, Arterial bleeding, broken bones, major burns)

Medical emergencies (e.g, Cardiac arrest, stroke, diabetic)

Building your own first-aid kit
What materials will you be provided?

Students will receive a USCCA completion certificate.

Books and materials will be provided during class and are available for purchase.
*Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows for kneeling and or laying down during practical exercises.
